Hello student as of now the syllabus for Jee 2021 is same like Jee 2020 the syllabus will cover both class 11 and class 12 syllabus of Physics chemistry and Mathematics.
There's no separate weightage for class 11 or class 12 syllabus of both class are equally important but question from class 12 is little more than class 11 as per past year question papers.
Prefer NCERT to build your basic concept and make sure you do each and every example and exercise questions of Ncert before jumping to a reference book.
Once you're done with NCERT refer your coaching material or any other reference book.
