No they are not same.
The differnce between them is Textile Engineering is a field that deals with fibres, cotton, yarns, clothing products, and related fields. Textile engineering is not only involved in every single aspect of textile manufacturing, but also applies in design, construction, planning, approach, R&D, production control, marketing, quality control, and other factors.
There are many public and private universities/ colleges that have this Textile Engineering course. After the successful completion of the Textile Engineering course, students can get a lot of job opportunities all over India.
