Hello Priya
First you need it understand everyone have different capacities and different memory capacities, so you need to understand there's nothing to worry about.
I know it's very important to remember everything for NEET.
- Try to understand what topics are occurring most, the syllabus is vast and remembering everything is almost impossible, so give preference to what is more important.it will take a little bit of time but sit down and see last 5 year question papers of NEET and write down all the topics of questions, you will find out many questions asked are from a particular topic, learn them, memorize them through breaking them down.
- Now when you have topics in priorities, you can easily identify what needs to remember deeply.
- Always study the recent year papers, biology is totally theory so you can learn them, many questions come directly.
- Give yourself time, don't lose hope
- Learn slowly and steady, don't rush, whatever you study please revise on regular intervals for example what you've read today, revise it a day after tomorrow, now you will notice that everytime you are revising the timing of revising will become less and less and decrease.
- Don't force yourself, sometime read the topics just like reading a novel when you aren't feeling good about studying.
- Revising time to time will help you,you don't need to grasp all the topics, there are some topics which are the most important focus on them.
- If you can enroll in any crash course from institutions for NEET, they have good study materials and good model test papers and even they will tell you some good tricks to remember some particular part.
- And just give your hundred percent even then you fail,my friend please don't think you failed you did very well even if you just missed, it's a very tough competition and many people don't even get 0 they get negative marks.
- But believe me if you give your 100% and work smartly you will not fail.
Best of luck
Don't lose hope
I hope this will help.
Hi priya,
First of all get relaxed and do not panic. Because when you study with a calm mind you remember the things easily. Do not take it as a hectic subject.
If you find difficulty in understanding the subject then consult with your teacher to clear your concept. Ask your teacher all your doubts and queries. If you understand the topic easily it will become easy to remember the topic.
You should do revision frequently, all what you study keep it revising. When you do frequent revision your mind will save it as a permanent memory. And it will be easier for you to recall the information at time.
Do some light exercise or yoga daily for half an hour to increase your concentration.
Keep yourself physically and mentally fit. And do not loose your hope. Stay focused ,consistent and sincere with your studies without considering it as a tension or bar.
Because this is just an exam like other exam. If you study with full focus and calm mind and a dedicated plan surely you will crack the exam.
Hope you find this answer useful for you.
