For the year 2020, NTA has relaxed the class 12 percentage eligibility criteria for admission into NITs IIITs and GFTIs through JOSAA counseling.
For this year, students just need to have a pass certificate from their respective boards to get admission into NITs IIITs and GFTIs.

As you have passed in all your subjects so you are eligible to go for JOSAA counseling. You can get seat into NIT Agartala if you have the required JEE Mains rank.

This year there is no minimum 75% aggerate criteria for admissions. So if you have got the cut off then you will be eligible to get seat in NITs. Union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank said that the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) has decided to relax the eligibility criterion for admissions to NITs and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs). JEE Main 2020 qualified candidates will now only need to obtain a passing certificate in Class XII examination irrespective of the marks obtained.
