First off,be sure of your calling. There are countless opportunities out there but you need to decide as to what drives your passion and then work accordingly.
If you want to go for general graduation post your 12th boards then you can apply in various universities across India in any subject of your choice. However,it must be noted that every college and course has different eligibility criteria that needs to be fulfilled. There are colleges like University of Delhi,St.Xavier's college etcetra that offer admission based on your 12th marks. There are universities like Jamia Milia Islamia which conducts it's own entrance exam.
You can even go for Medical related fields. If you want to become a doctor,then go for NEET. If you want to pursue engineering then you can appear for JEE Mains or other state based engineering entrance exams. If you want to become a lawyer,then go for CLAT.
