At first, I will suggest you to please keep calm, don't get panic and tensed. Second, I will suggest you have a screenshot or note down the Transaction ID of the payment. Third, send a Mail or have a conversation with the customer service and tell them your problem and also provide them your Transaction ID for proof. The benefit of the online Transactions is that you can track your payment status by the help of Transaction ID. At last, if everything is fair from your side then your deducted amount will be revert back to your bank account in some working days.
