Documents required at the time of reporting -

1. Rank Certificate of UPSEE in Original or Retrieved form Internet along with admit card.

2. Allotment letter issued by GBTU , in Original with One Set of Photocopy

3. Fee Receipt of Rs. 5,000.00 issued by GBTU in Original.

4. Fee Receipt of Rs. 10,000.00 Rs. 4000.00 as the case may be, issued by GBTU , in Original

5. High School Mark sheet & Certificate , in Original with One Set of Attested Photocopy

6. Intermediate Mark sheet & Certificate, in Original with One Set of Attested Photocopy.

7. Character Certificate, in Original with One Set of Photocopy

8. T.C. issued by Last Studied Institution, in Original with One Set of Photocopy or Migration Certificate as

applicable.

9. Income Certificate of Guardian issued by competent authority after 01.04.2012 will be verified on interned

at Institute Level.

10. 12 (Ten) Black & White Photographs of Student

11. DD for Rs. 49250.00 & ( Mess Fee Rs. 35000.00 if applicable ) in case who has already deposited Rs.

15000.00 at GBTU Noida

12. DD for Rs. 55,250.00& (Hostel Fee Rs. 35000.00 if applicable) in case who has already deposited Rs.

9000.000 at GBTU Noida.

Fee Waiver Category student will deposit Rs. 5850/-

13. SC/ST Students whose Guardian or Father / Mother’s income is less than Rs. 2.00 Lacs per annum will

deposit Fee Rs. 5,850.00.

14.Affidavit for Year Gap ( if Any)

15. 06 Self Addressed & with Postage Stamped Envelops

16.  Medical certificate form district Authority

17. Caste Certificate form competent Authority
