Dear Sanjay,
Although class 12th scores no longer are used for the purpose of calculating candidates’ JEE Main All India Rank, the importance of the qualifying exam has not diminished. Candidates still need to obtain 75% or fall in top 20 percentile of their respective state board (60% aggregate in 10+2 for candidates for reserved category candidates).
