Hello there,
There is no such age limit criteria for NEET PG examination. This is because sometimes doctor take break after that long pg course. Hence there is no such upper age or lower age criteria.
However since lower age criteria for neet ug is 17 years you can think that as an overall abe criteria.
Yes, doctors are allowed to do two degrees with different specifications .If not allowed by any medical council then also you can do MD/MS in first and then DNB in the other one.
