The best medical college after Christian medical college in Tamil Nadu is PSG institute of medical sciences and research which is located in Coimbatore . it is the first teaching hospital in Tamil Nadu with good infrastructure and modern facilities and teaching .It provides full time courses of both undergraduate and post graduate level .Hope this information is helpful and feel free to ask any questions further .Thank you.
