Code 2 in NEET 2021 refers to applicants who have finished their examination. Also, one of your primary subjects should be biology. You are also ineligible if you have completed your 12th grade with the NIOS board.
The droppers are assigned to code 3. A maximum of two years should pass between drops. It also applies to students who have completed a pre-degree examination in an Indian university.
