Dear Student,
If you are going to take admission in any private college then there is no chance that they will provide you the Fee Concession, somewhere they do but the chances are low. Even they will ask you for the donation money if you admission in Top private college with good branch, to escape away from the donation one thing you can do is to participate in the counselling or go to any Teir 3 college where they don't ask you for the donation. You can also try another chance to score atleast 95+ percentile so that you can get good college with less fees, now its totally up to you.
