Hello,YES , Supreme Court has Stayed the order of Madras high Court of awarding 196 grace marks. Probably , the 2nd round result would be out soon !
So ,the results are to be released soon according to the latest official updates. And there is only Web counselling going on for these AIQ counselling .The offline mop rounds in for your State Counselling would be OFFLINE , but in AIQ mop up round is ONLINE .
