You question is not to the point .There is not any short syllabus .The syllabus is available on official website of Jee mains.You should read the whole syllabus to score more percentile.You can say which chapter/topic weightage is more .For this you may read coordinate geometry,3-D,Vector, probability,algebra,etc in maths.In chemistry you should read organic ,goc, coordination chemistry,p-block,chemical bondingetc.Similarly in physics you can read modern physics, optics etc.
