What is the Snap marking scheme ??
Dear Lakshit,
There are a total of four sections in SNAP namely, General English: Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency, Analytical & Logical Reasoning and Current Affairs. Please find the overview of marking scheme and questions asked below.
- 35 questions will be asked from first three sections, while 25 questions will be asked from Current affairs.
- In each section, there will be 5 TITA based special questions.
- 1 Mark will be awarded for MCQ type questions and special questions (TITA based or non-MCQ ones) will be awarded with 2 marks.
- For each wrong answer (MCQ as well as non-MCQ) there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks.

SNAP Marking Scheme- Each question carries one mark and special questions carry 2 marks for each question. Every correct answer will give 1 mark and each incorrect response will deduct 25 percent of the allotted marks. You can also refer the below given article regarding this.
