The state Counseling for NEET UG 2019 of Karnataka requires Domicile of the state plus the candidate must have given his or her test in kannada with respect to the cut off score that varies as per category, top score or rank of the state, total number of candidates and difficulty level of the test. If you have passed the cut off range i.e. 702 for the Un Reserved category, then you are eligible for counseling.
