Yes all qualified NEET PG candidates will be eligible for AIQ counselling, except for J&K as it has yet not joined the AIQ scheme. Coming to the fee structure of deemed universities, it is different for different colleges. If you can list the names of colleges you want the fee structure for, I will be able to answer.
