The situation of revision in the cut off of NEET PG arise when enough candidates do not qualify the exam as compared to the number of seats available or candidate do not participate in the admission process.
It would be difficult to tell you about the chances after revised cutoff as nothing can be said as of now about revision in cutoff.
Cutoff Score for OBC category candidates is 295 out of 1200. You should wait for any update about revision in cutoff.
