There can be different meanings and range of marks in the "okay" category because there are various categories and other criteria for deciding rank. So please be sure of the marks; if not then at least mention an approximate range of the marks you have secured or you are expecting so that colleges can be predicted correctly.

I hope that you have gone through the colleges taking admission through JEE mains score. Some NITs that are better for the average scorers in JEE mains are-

NIT NAGPUR
NIT PATNA
TEZPUR UNIVERSITY
NIT AGARTALA
You can also get other NITs and GFTIs through State home quota that are better depending upon your field of interest.
