Nowadays board marks have nothing to do with the admission , it's all on your performance in JEE and as you have qualified jee mains it means your are eligible for counseling but I'm sorry to say that you won't get any govt Colleges such as nits and all , you can apply for some private colleges as some of them gives scholarship on the basis of boards marks such as LPU .

No nits and iiits you have to secure under 40000 rank to get the lower nits
