Hello dear
I am eee student and also scope and opportunities are based on your interest and work . If you like electronic chips and such sort of things its better ece and if you like power distribution electrical machines its better to have eee. Both of them are toughest of engineering subjects but that doesnt makes a mean to avoid it from taking if you have interest you can get into it.
