Both are equally competitive and have equal importance.
What matters is from where you have been grsduating ljke IISt, IIT, NIT, etc and which nrnach uou choose Aeronautical / aerospace engineering.
Also you need to have strong academic and great domian knowledge to land job at IsRO.
