As you have mentioned that you need to score more than 550+ in NEET examination,I suggest you to read NCERT books.
Especially for Biology, you need to read entire NCERT book of class 11 and class 12 , so that you will get maximum market in biology. For physics and chemistry solve more numericals from NCERT itself .
Once you complete NCERT you can refer different books.
