Which medical course is better pharm.d or BHA . And may i know the fees structure of both the course of the colleges in Mangalore?

If you are interested in medical industry or research you should go in pharma d. If you are intrested in management and direct connection between health care services and those supplying the services then you can go for hospital management. It is all about your interest but if you are willing to spend so much for management degree then you can just do a BBA and then MBA (if you are interested in larger pays).
A.J. Institute of Management provides the cheapest BHA course at 1.08 lakh (total fees) while Symbiosis Mangalore provides the course at highest rate of 9.6 lakh(total) in Mangalore.
As for Pharma d. YENEPOYA UNIVERSITY, MANGALORE provides the course at 60,000 per year while KS HEGDE MEDICAL ACADEMY - [KSHEMA], MANGALORE provides the course at 2,38,500 yearly.
