Which one should i chose between COMDK AND IPUCET as both are on same date and time?

If you are a resident of Delhi or NCR. Then you should consider IPU over COMDK. Even colleges under IPU are far better than COMDK. You should prepare for IPU over COMDK and give your best shot.
