Hey there!
No medical college fills hundred percent of their seats through the All- India Quota. Only 15 percentage of the total seats are filled through the All - India Quota. Rest 85 percentage of seats are filled through home state quota. Private colleges do offer admission through management quota so you can opt for that as well.
