The candidate whose family income is less than 8 lac rupees per annum comes under EWS( economically weaker section) . So if you come under this category then you can also go for EWS without any hesitation . You can apply for it through EWS window opens when registration for the exam ends. For 2019 it will be open somewhere around 20 March.
