Hi,
PGIMER entrance exam has all multiplayer choice questions as each one of 250 questions has five alternate responses. Negative marking is for negative response. For more information about the exam please check the link:-

In PGIMER, total 250 question Will be there. All are having 5 options.
Some of the questions may have multiple correct options. But it is not true that all questions are having multiple correct answers.
