If you haven't cleared your NEET exam then you should wait till the next year again to attempt.
There are no chances for direct admission without Clearance of NEET.

You can drop a year and attempt NEET next year directly.

I was asking what if someone couldn't clear the NEXT exam in first attempt/if he is not getting admission to their desired medical college for pg, will he have to repeat the last year again or can he just give the exam one more time?
