Hello,you can't get a govt seat as you know it needs a bit high score but you can get a seat in B & C categories in any private colleges or deemed universities.
Also ,you can wait for the mopup round,if not,but still chances are less.

Sorry to say that but based upon your marks your chances of getting a seat in government medical college is difficult but you can try for private and deemed medical colleges.i hope this information helps you.
