without passing 12 class . how should we keep 12 marks percentage and mains rank ?

Well for taking admission in most of the engineering colleges you need to pass the 12th Boards Examination. And also you need to give the JEE Mains exam as well. Then only you can go to some engineering college for pursuing bachelors degree.
