Course Overview

The Principles of Management online training aims to offer its students an overview of the management process, related concepts, and how management has evolved over the years. The course covers strategic management, decision-making, forecasting, and premising, including a few other critical concepts related to management. The instructor will talk about the different skills and functions required to be an efficient manager in the contemporary business environment.

Eligibility Criteria

There are no prerequisites for participating in the Principles of Management training program.

Certification Qualifying Details

In addition, to be eligible for the e-certificate, the candidate must score at least 30/75 in the course-end examination, and a total of 10/25 in the internal assessments. 75% weightage is given to the written exam, and 25% weightage is given to the assignments (best eight scores). Swayam issues the certificate only if the candidates can meet the criteria mentioned above.

Step 3 – Create your account in Swayam by providing your necessary details or sign-in instantly by linking your Microsoft, Facebook, or Google ID.

Step 4 – Upon doing so, choose “send verification code” to receive the code on your email. Enter it and press “create” to activate your account.

Application Details

There is no application form required to enrol in the Principles of Management online training. The candidate only needs to fill out necessary details like their email, password, and username. to register with Swayam and create an account to join the program.

Evaluation process

Swayam mandates candidates to appear for a proctored certification exam at the end of the Principles of Management online course. The examination will require in-person attendance at a designated test center in two different sessions, morning and afternoon.

Swayam will update the date of exam registration commencement for the candidates on their portal. The candidates will have to fill up an exam registration form which will contain all necessary information regarding the examination, and pay its fees to sit for the evaluation.
