If i get a percentile of 87 in jee mains and get decent engineering course in bits pilani. should it take drop for next year jee advanced or get the bits pilani?
Hi,
Deciding whether to take a drop for JEE Advanced or accept admission to BITS Pilani depends on various factors and ultimately comes down to your personal goals, circumstances, and priorities. Here are some points to consider when making this decision:
-
Rank Comparison : Compare your expected JEE Advanced rank with your BITSAT score. If you believe you have a realistic chance of significantly improving your rank in JEE Advanced and getting into a better institute than BITS Pilani, then taking a drop might be worth considering.
-
Institute Reputation : Consider the reputation and ranking of BITS Pilani compared to the institutes you might target through JEE Advanced. BITS Pilani is widely recognized as one of the top engineering institutes in India, so accepting admission there may provide you with excellent opportunities for academic and career growth.
-
Course and Campus : Evaluate the specific engineering course and campus you have been offered at BITS Pilani. If you are satisfied with the course offerings, facilities, and campus environment, it may weigh in favor of accepting the admission offer.
-
Financial Considerations : Think about the financial implications of taking a drop versus accepting admission to BITS Pilani. Taking a drop may involve additional expenses for coaching, study materials, and living expenses for another year, whereas accepting admission to BITS Pilani may offer financial stability.
-
Personal Readiness : Assess your readiness to go through another year of preparation for JEE Advanced. Consider factors such as your motivation, determination, and willingness to commit to the rigorous preparation required for the exam.
-
Alternative Options : Explore alternative options available to you if you choose to take a drop. Consider whether there are other institutes or courses you would be interested in applying to if you don't succeed in JEE Advanced next year.
Ultimately, it's essential to weigh these factors carefully and make a decision that aligns with your academic and career aspirations, as well as your personal circumstances.

kya jee mains ke number se amu me btech mil sakta hai
Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing great.
So as per your question, NO you cannot admission into AMU through the national level entrance exams like JEE Mains. The university has a separate entrance exam which is AMUEEE, only through that exam you will be able to get the admission into Btech.
Hope this helps!

which is better, dual degree in any of the iisers or EEE in college of engineering , trivandrum?
hey there!
Both of the courses that you have mentioned above are entirely different. One is related with engineering aspects and the other with research aspects in any one specified subject. It is upto you in deciding between these two.In the current scenario I would suggest you to go for the dual degree in any of the IISER's since there are more value and opportunities existing there now when compared to Btech EEE in CET. The number of passouts from IISER's are also a huge factor since it has only limitted vaccancies a small amout of IISER students come out every year but in the case of other numerous passouts are featuring every year.
i got 54 marks in iiser and belong to obc category, what is the change for me getting into any of the iiser?is iiser TVM good?
54 marks in what??
Kvpy or iat ?
Should i choose any of these colleges or should I retake next year? ANY GOOD COLLEGE AMONG THESE? Needed serious suggestions..
Also you have an excellent academic profile and Non engineering background which is in high demand by premier B Schools.
Also these are not the best B Schools of the country and hence you should prepare hard and try getting to the best B Schools.
However if you have appeared for other entrance tests like XAT, SNAP, CMAT and you have a good score etc you can use that score for your admission.
All the best

can we enter psg tech by writing JEE MAIN exam. According to my knowledge its not possible. But in this app they have mentioned so.
Do the OSMANIA university and DECCAN college provide the degree of cardiovascular technologists in telangana
Dear Khanam
Preliminary findings reveal that Osmania University or its affiliated colleges do not offer a bachelors degree in Cardiovascular Technology. If by Deccan College, you are referring to Deccan College of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad or Deccan College of Engineering and Technology, then even that college doesn't offer a degree in the same. Many colleges in Osmania University offers related courses in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.
Cardiovascular technologists, on the other hand, assist physicians in timely diagnosis and treatment. It is a four-year course and requires PCB as subject combination in Class 12 for admission. Some of the reputed colleges offering this course include CMC, Vellore, Manipal University, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Hamdard Institute of Medical Science and Research, et.al.
Hope it answers you.
All the best!
