Average salary of aiims non academic junior resident in India ranges between 12 lakh to 15 lakh per annum. Those who are freshers or having experience of one year get 12.5 lpa whereas those who have experience of minimum 3 years get upto 15 lakh .
Now junior academic residents get salary upto 18 lakh per year.
Senior residents if they have three years of experience they get salary of 25 lakh per year and those pg students who have four years of experience get 30 + lpa .
