Is there any entrance exam for LLM course?
Hello aspirant,
Candidates must take the CLAT exam and obtain the required cut-off scores in order to be admitted to one of the 22 NLUs in India that offer the LLM programme. However, aspirants must take and pass the AILET exam in order to be admitted to NLU Delhi.

- The applicant must hold Indian citizenship. For candidates falling into categories such as NRI, PIO, OCI, and Foreign National Students, they are exempt from taking the CET Examination and should only apply for the CAP rounds.
- To be eligible, these candidates should have completed their undergraduate studies in any discipline at a university in Maharashtra established either by an act of Parliament or by a State Legislature. Alternatively, they can also have graduated from a National Institution recognized as a Deemed University or from a Foreign University acknowledged as being equivalent to an Indian University by a competent authority.
- They should have achieved a minimum aggregate of 45% marks.
