Honestly you have very little chance in government colleges with your marks. You should probably apply for private colleges and deemed universities.

With 398 marks, admission in government colleges won’t be possible with All India Quota. However, you might meet the State Quota cutoff as K’taka’s cutoff last year was 395, Goa – 232, Rajasthan - 234, and Tamil Nadu - 374.
