You can definitely move abroad after you have completed your MBA in India. You have not mentioned what is the reason for doing so. Do you wanty to study further or get a job abroad?
I advice you going through consulntants- they have a huge data of ready vecant opporunties that might fit your profile.
You can also try to get some work experience here and then try to get a work permit for the country you wish to shift to. It would be easier that way.
