I am a non medical student..... can I go for physiotherapy for degree
Hello aspirant,
To be eligible for a physiotherapy degree, candidates must pass either the CET or BPT entrance exams. The course typically lasts 3 to 4 years. As an art student, you're not qualified to apply for the physiotherapy program. Aspiring physiotherapists need a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT), having completed their 10+2 with physics, chemistry, biology, and English, securing a minimum of 50% marks in each subject.
If you fulfill this eligibility criteria, then only you can become physiotherapist.
Thank you
Hope this information helps you.
Hii There,
Yes, it is possible to pursue a physiotherapy course after completing a BSc in a non-medical field. Numerous universities offer postgraduate physiotherapy programs tailored for students without medical backgrounds. These programs usually include foundational courses in biology, anatomy, and related subjects to equip students for a career in physiotherapy.
I hope this answers your question.
Thanks
