Why should an Engineer carry with MBA?
Hello Kailash,
Thanks for contacting Careers360.
It's not necessary that you have to do MBA after completing your B.Tech.
Doing MBA after engineering is good option but it totally depends on you how you are going to deal with it, I mean if you want to develop your Management skills along with your technical skills, then you should go for it, otherwise if you are happy with your engineering career and love your work, then drop the idea of pursuing MBA. Don't follow the crowd blindly and focus on figuring out what you actually want.
But if you are interested in standing out of the crowd and see yourself as a leader. Then Why not, you should definitely go for MBA.
So, I would only suggest you to take a decision wisely, do research on it first, see its Scope,Pros and Cons, if you find that everything is going well then only land to your final decision.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
