    1: When are the participants given access to lectures and assignments?

    Participants are given access to lectures and assignments depending upon their type of enrollment. The lectures are viewable just as one signs into the programme.

    2: How is the course completion certificate provided?

    Coursera provides course completion certificates in the form of downloadable PDF files. These can also be shared electronically.

    3: What details are included in the Introduction to Web Development online course certificate?

    The Course certificate includes the following Name of the course, Logo of the partner institution, instructor's signature, and a verification URL to check the Certificate's authenticity, statement by Coursera.

    4: Who becomes a Community Mentor?

    Coursera sends email invitations to become Mentors to learners who have passed the course with a good grade and have actively helped other learners in the forums. They are given a short training course before they can be enrolled and Mentors.

    5: Can a payment be transferred to another course?

    No, payment once made for a course cannot be transferred to another course. Coursera does not permit the transfer of payments across different courses.
