No, SET is not for MBA.
Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) 2020 is a university level entrance test conducted for offering admission to candidates in undergraduate programs offered by Symbiosis University.You can get admission in Bachelor's level courses through SET and MBA is Postgraduate course.

I got 74.65 percentile in XAT . I belong to OBC category. can i apply in KJ Somaiya and welingkar institute for HR specialization. is their any girls quota in these colleges ?

KJ Somaiya requires a minimum of 85 percentile for both CAT and XAT. There's no different cutoff for different categories so anyone who wants to apply for the college has to score a minimum of 85 percentile. But you can definitely apply for Welingkar Mumbai and Bangalore campuses as the shortlisting for PGDM HCM is completely profile based. The fees for Welingkar is nearly 11 lakhs and the average compensation package offered for Human Resources is 6-7 lakhs. The last date to apply for Welingkar is 14th February 2020. But you have a decent score so you should check some other good colleges also like

XIME Bangalore (fees = 10 lakhs)
XISS Ranchi (8 lakhs)
Praxis Kolkata (4.4 lakhs)
Great Lakes Gurgaon (11.76 lakhs)
IMT Hyderabad (12 lakhs)
NL Dalmia Mumbai (9.3 lakhs)
SIES Mumbai (7.9 lakhs)
NDIM New Delhi (9.3 lakhs)

All of them are decent colleges in terms of both academics and placements and you can easily get an average compensation package of around 6-7 lakhs.

And if you want to pursue Human Resource Management and build a good career in that then XISS would be a great option which will provide you great returns on investment. The average compensation package offered for HR is nearly 9-10 lakhs.

I have 82.05 percentile in XAT Class X - 92.6 Class XII - 87.4 BE - 83.1 Work Ex - 3+ Do I have chance to get a call from KJ Somaiya

You have a pretty decent XAT percentile but KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research requires a minimum of 85 percentile in both CAT and XAT exams. The Institute considers only the overall percentile. So it may be a little difficult for you to get a call. But you can still get some very good colleges with your XAT scores like

IIFM Bhopal
XIME Bangalore
IFMR Chennai
IMT Nagpur and Hyderabad
Prin LN Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research
Christ University Bangalore
Great Lakes Gurgaon and others.

These colleges will also offer you good placement opportunities and good academics and you must try to attend as many interview processes as possible to get enough options to choose from.

how many score can i get in MH CET exam to get admission in your college.

The expected cutoff for K.J. somaiya college is 1124-1454,

Below this it will be difficult to get admission in this college.so study hard as the cutoff is really high.

is kj Somaiya college of management and research studies good for MBA(PGDM) while having 3.5 years of work experience?

KJ Somaiya is one of the best college for MBA.They have good infrastructure.Total number of seats for MBA is 408,and its fees is around Rs 14,93,335.Also they have have good placement report (Highest Package-27.50 Lakhs and Average Package-10.05 Lakhs) . Which is tottaly ROI .

what if i scored 61% in mh cet?

Hi Presh!T, if you scored 61% in mhcet then you would have no chances to get admission into KJ Somaiya. The cutoff in MH Cet in KJ Somaiya, is around 98.19 percentile. The colleges for 61% would be,

1) Don Bosco Institute of Technology

2) Durgadevi Saraf Institute of Management

3) Maharasthra Institute of Technology

KJ Somaiya has a cutoff above 90 percentile. So I can say there is a 50-50 chance for you to receive a call from the Institute.

Will KJ Somaiya give a call at XAT 75.6 percentile?

Based on this score you should have the chance to get a call from KJ Somaiya. XAT selection procedure will include Group Discussion or Writing Ability Test and Personal Interview rounds. The final merit list will be declared in the month of April. If you want to check your other posibilities then you can use XAT Pathfinder tool.

College Infrastructure

Our college is known to have one of the best infrastructure and campus in the entire mumbai with all sporting facilities including olympic size running track, swimming pool, basket ball court, etc. We have good air conditioned classrooms, amphitheatre, computer labs libraries, we have canteens and cafes and our college is vast. Food quality is also good. The college campus is clean and hygeinic.

College Infrastructure

Our college infrastructure is very good with major facilities like olympic size swimming pool, table tennis court, tennis court, track for racing and many more sporting facilities. We have air conditioned classrooms, auditoriums, amphitheatre, etc. We even have a spacious library as well as computer labs. Our college is known as one of the best colleges in Mumbai. The living spaces are very clean and hygienic, and the canteen provides good and variety of food.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is one of the best infrastructure in Mumbai with excellent sports facilities including olympics size running track, swimming pool, table tennis court, tennis court, badminton court and all kinds of sporting facilities with a huge campus and several courses colleges in it with many canteens and many cafes for different kinds of foods. We study in Chanakya and KJ SIM building which has really great infrastructure with lift, ac classrooms, digital boards, computer labs, good hostel facilities, amphitheatre, auditoriums and many more facilities.
