KIET is one of the reputed engineering colleges in Uttar Pradesh. It is private university affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul kalam technical university approved by AICTE. It has good infrastructure and a good atmosphere in the surroundings. The faculty and staff members are also good.  The hostel and canteen of the hostel is also good . They have good library with numerous books to study.

The placement cell if the campus is very good. Various number of companies recruit many students from here. Almost 80% of the student get placed in this college. The starting salary of this college is rangin from 4 to 5 lakh per annum

Placement in KIET Ghaziabad is some how better. Highest salary offer in Kiet is 4 lakh per annum while lowest is 1.8 lakh per annum. And around 80 to 90 %student get placed . Top companies visiting are Nestle,Lupin,sanofi,Sunpharma,Unichem,Glaxosmithkline etc .
