With an AP ICET rank of 28,950, you have a fair chance of getting an MCA seat at Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science (MITS), depending on the category you belong to and the availability of seats. MITS generally offers admissions based on cutoff ranks, which can vary annually. If you belong to a reserved category or have local area preferences, your chances improve. Keep an eye on counseling updates for the specific seat allotment trends at MITS.

Hy,

With a rank of 42219 in the EAPCET 2024 and being an OC (Open Category) girl from EWS (Economically Weaker Section) , your chances of securing a seat in the Computer Science Engineering (CSE) branch at MITS Madanapalle may be challenging. Here are some considerations:

  1. Previous Year Cutoffs : For CSE at MITS Madanapalle, the cutoff ranks have generally been lower than your current rank in recent years. For instance, last year, the cutoff for CSE was around 30,000 , but it can fluctuate based on various factors such as the number of applicants and their ranks.

  2. Seat Availability : The availability of seats can also affect your chances. If the college receives a high number of applications for the CSE branch, the cutoff may rise.

  3. Reservation Benefits : Being from the EWS category may provide you with additional benefits during the counseling process, but since you're still within the OC category, it’s essential to keep track of how EWS reservations affect the overall cutoffs.

Recommendations:

  • Monitor the Official Counseling Portal : Keep an eye on the official website and counseling portal for any updates regarding cutoffs and seat allocations.
  • Contact the College : If possible, reach out to MITS Madanapalle's admissions office for more specific guidance related to your rank and chances.

Hello aspirant,

With a CRL rank of 299,376 and a percentile of 79.78 in JEE Mains, it might be challenging to secure a seat in a Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) branch at Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) Gwalior (assuming that’s what you meant by MITS Gwalior). Generally, top engineering institutions like MNIT Gwalior have highly competitive cutoffs for CSE and other core branches, often requiring much higher ranks and percentiles.

However, having an MP domicile might give you some advantage in state quota seats, but it’s unlikely to bridge the gap for such a competitive branch like CSE. You might have better chances with lower-demand branches or at other institutions with more relaxed cutoffs.

If you're open to other options, consider exploring:

  1. Other branches within MNIT Gwalior or similar institutions.
  2. Other institutes where the cutoff might be lower.
  3. Private engineering colleges or universities where the competition might be less intense.

You should also check the latest cutoff trends and admission data, as these can vary slightly from year to year.

You can go through the following article to check previous year cutoff trends of MITS Gwalior and expected cutoff for 2024 :-

Hello aspirant,

The University of Sri Venkateswara is typically associated with the SVCE, which offers little in the way of industrial exposure or placement opportunities. With the exception of the hostel, MITS is the best college in every way. Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College might be the all-arounder, but there are some guidelines that must be followed. In my opinion, you should accept admission to one of the colleges based on the preceding considerations. What matters now is where you live and how much you can afford.

Thank you

Hope this information helps you.

With a 50k rank in EAMCET, securing a seat in Computer Science Engineering at MITs in Phase 2 counselling is challenging but not impossible.

Factors affecting your chances include:

  • Category: If you belong to a reserved category, your chances improve significantly.
  • Seat Availability: The number of vacant seats in Computer Science Engineering at MITs during Phase 2 will determine your prospects.
  • Counselling Strategy: Your choice of options and locking choices strategically during counselling will impact your seat allotment.

While it's difficult to predict with certainty, there's a possibility of securing a seat. You should participate in the counselling process and explore your options.

Consider exploring other branches or colleges as a backup plan.

hope this helps you!!

Hii There,

Aspirants get admission in MITS on the basis on JEE mains rank. And for computer science and engineering (CSE) the student must fulfill the required rank in the exam of JEE mains.

Getting admission in 45k rank in MITS depends on caste category, if you belongs to a general category then there are less chances to get seat in MITS.

Thanks

Hello Student
EAPCET is a state level exam of the state Andhra Pradesh and conducted on behalf of APSCHE for admission in Engineering,Agriculture,Pharmacy, common entrance test .The best rank for reputed private Engineering college admission like MIT.Manipal Institute of Technology is 25,000-35,000.As you have got 40,000 rank in EaPCEt exam so there is a less chance for you to take admission in MIT in 2nd round Counselling. It may be happened in the 3rd round of counselling or in the mop up round if any.

College Infrastructure

My college was established in 1960. Our campus has about 300 acres of land. Infrastructure is good. Hostel and college lecture halls are well-equipped and maintained. In hostels, we face Wi-Fi issues frequently but after many complaints, it has improved. Now, food quality in the mess is pretty decent.

College academics is average

Verified Review

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is not that good. 4 hostels for girls with 3 occupancies in a single room for B. Tech for Boys hostel facility is quite good for NLPOW and many more hostels are being built here. Talking about lecture hall, it is a good 3-floor building with a coloured ground.

Good campus for the students

Verified Review

College Infrastructure

Campus has good labs and classrooms, but in both hostels and classrooms. Facilities are average and manageable, but not top-notch. However, the major drawback is the food quality, which is generally not considered good by most of the students and all things are good
