Nitte Institute of Communication offers a wide range of courses in the field of media and communication. NICO courses include BA (Hons.) Media & Communication at the undergraduate level, MA (Media & Communication) at the postgraduate level and PhD programme at the doctoral level. Candidates need to meet the eligibility criteria set by NICO Mangalore to apply for the Nitte Institute of Communication courses.
The NICO UG course includes a BA (Hons.) Media & Communication which is a four year full-time programme providing a foundation for students who want to build their careers in the field of media whereas the Nitte Instuitute PG course includes an MA (Media & Communication) with the three different specialisations - Film & Broadcast Arts, Print & Digital Media, AND Corporate Communication.
NICO courses also include the PG Diploma in Photography & Filmmaking and PG Diploma in Advertising & Public Relations, which is a one year full-time diploma programme for the graduates.
