Good infrastructure, great academic blocks, attractive classrooms are there. The main attraction of the university is their library. It is possible that you might still be able to apply for admission to the Faculty of Commerce at MSU Vadodara with your OBC certificate, even without a non-creamy layer (NCL) certificate at this time.
