St Joseph's College, Bangalore is an autonomous college which was established in 1882. The college is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). SJC is affiliated to Bangalore University and follows all the rules and regulations of the university in terms of admission process. St. Joseph’s College Library is one of the oldest private govt. aided autonomous degree college libraries in Bengaluru. It is one of the well-stocked college libraries.
