Mount Carmel College (MCC) is a very good and reputed college. It is considered in top 5 colleges for arts, science and commerce right from PU to Masters. Mount Carmel College (MCC) is famous for celebrating loads of festivals throughout the year. “Kala” is the biggest of all inter college cultural festival organised in February. Mount Carmel College (MCC) has a fantastic crowd, one of the best in Bangalore and refreshingly above average. We have the most amazing and friendly faculty. Teachers are always ready to help the students and always on their toes. The curriculum was very advanced and knowledgeable, giving a lot of exposure to various kind of industries helping students to know what is the best for them. The college is autonomous, which makes the rules less rigid versus other colleges which come directly under Bangalore University. The rules are very student-friendly as well. It is one of the oldest and the most recommended institutes in the city of Bangalore and has a good reputation in the corporate world.

Batch of 2019 | BA-Psychology, English and Journalism
All okay as of yet. Very woman empowering college, feminist ideologies, and very encouraging with regard to co curriculars. Subject choices are excellent, and wide. Psychology, Journalism and English seem like a good combination. These subjects compliment each other, and is likely to be very helpful in the future. Teachers are helpful and friendly, especially the Psychology teachers. Sports and co curriculum is wonderfully managed by students and staff. Crowd is good. Every subject department holds fest, and they are all organised well. Cul-Ah, the widely known Mount Carmel Fest, is grand and it invites celebrities, not only from all over the country, but also all over the world to perform. Cul Ah 2016 had Christina Novelli, a Grammy Award nominee, perform her music on our stage.

One of the best college in Bangalore. A fun loving college and it is a big platform to grab a lot of opportunities. The quality of the education is excellent with well qualified faculties.Apart from academics there are lot of extra curricular activities to partcipate and it is an excellent platform for the fashion industry. The fashion shows that are held during the fests are "the best" compared to other colleges in Bangalore. Deepika Padukone and Anushka Sharma are few of the actress that have been graduated from this college. On the whole, I had the best expereince of my life graduating from this college.

* most of the teachers here are very friendly * you are not discriminated based on your academics * you can see many events happening inside campus often ( starting from fresher's party to college fest) * college gives you a great platform to showcase your talent * you get to meet people from other places . So if you are coming here from a different state you don't have to worry about getting adjusted as many girls come from different states around India and different countries.

Mount Carmel College (MCC) located on Palace Road is virtually in the heart of the Bangalore but it isn’t easily accessible from all parts of the city by BMTC buses. You have to change a bus from either Cantonment or Shivajinagar to reach here. 63, 79, 410, 95 & 96 are a few buses that ply to college and they drop you right outside the college gate.

MCC Bangalore opened up a whole new world of possibilities for me. It made me confident and taught me how to back my convictions, while being perfectly open minded. The course and faculty are things i miss every single day. We painted walls and sat with our legs on the desk and learnt so much in an environment that let us experience and understand almost everything about human interactions.
