SMS Hyderabad Admission Process
School of Management Studies University of Hyderabad (SMS) offers admission to the postgraduate and Ph.D programmes. Meeting the eligibility criteria is the first step of the SMS Hyderabad admission process. Candidates also have to appear for the entrance test. For School of Management Studies University of Hyderabad admission to the MBA programme, candidates have to appear for CAT.
Based on the scores of CAT, candidates are shortlisted for a group discussion and personal interview. As per the School of Management Studies Hyderabad admission procedure for the MBA Business Analytics and MBA Healthcare and Hospital Management and Executive MBA programmes, candidates are shortlisted for group discussion and interview based on scores of the entrance test, conducted by the University of Hyderabad. The School of Management Studies University of Hyderabad admission criteria for the Ph.D Management Studies programme involves the entrance test and interview. It must be noted that only qualified candidates (with 50% marks) are eligible to appear for the interview.

MBA is a two-year full-time programme, spread over four semesters. SMS Hyderabad offers the following specialisations in the programme: marketing management, finance management, human resource management, operations management, business analytics, entrepreneurship and banking.

SMS Hyderabad Admission - MBA Business Analytics/MBA Healthcare and Hospital Management/Executive MBA
SMS Hyderabad offers a two-year full-time MBA in Business Analytics and MBA Healthcare and Hospital Management programmes. The course structure of the programmes is divided into four semesters and the duration of each semester is six months. The programme also includes 8-10 weeks of summer internship. Executive MBA is a two-year weekend programme and is offered in the following specialisations: business analytics marketing, finance, human resources management, operations management and IT.

SMS Hyderabad Admission Process - MBA Business Analytics/MBA Healthcare and Hospital Management/Executive MBA
First, candidates have to meet the eligibility criteria.
Second, candidates have to fill the University of Hyderabad application form.
Third, candidates have to appear for an entrance test, conducted by the university.
Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of the marks of the entrance test.
Fourth, shortlisted candidates have to appear for a group discussion and personal interview.
Fifth, the final selection of the candidates is based on the marks of the written exam (60% weightage), group discussion (15% weightage) and personal interview (25% weightage). For the Executive MBA programme, 60% weightage is given to the written exam and 40% weightage for the performance in GD and PI.
Finally, for the School of Management Studies University of Hyderabad admission, selected candidates have to submit the documents and pay the fees.

Ph.D Management Studies is a six-year full-time doctoral-level programme offered by the School of Management Studies University of Hyderabad. The programme is offered in the following areas: brand management, business analytics, financial markets, investment analysis, risk management, supply chain management, and others.

The faculty is well qualified and knowledgeable they provide deep knowledge of the subject along with their practical uses and also provide time to time support to clear the doubts of the students. The teachers here are very helpful and supportive also helps in taking you out from your comfort zone.

The infrastructure of our campus is very nice. Every student will be provided with facilities for their education purpose. The entire campus is WI-F enabled. Classrooms are well furnished and equipped with a projector. We do have a hospital on the campus with an ambulance facility for health related

Placements percentage is very high and many multinational and national companies came here for placements. They provide classes for personality enhancement, interview, group discussion, and aptitude test. Mentors time to time analyze your performance and helps in attaining goals.

The campus placement is good but not in all departments of university but we have plenty of Opportunities in SMS to get a job in good software companies and up to now more then 50% of students get placed in different companies and salary package starting from 4.5 to 8 lpa my college is supportive in each and every process of compus placement
