With a 58k rank in NEET PG 2025, getting a clinical seat through AIQ or regular private quota is very unlikely. However, some management quota seats in states like Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, or Maharashtra may still offer limited clinical options, though fees are quite high. Your safest chances are in para-clinical and non-clinical branches such as Pathology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, and Community Medicine. For clinical seats, you may need to rely on deemed/private colleges under management quota. Using college predictors and counselling rounds will help you spot exact available seats.
Hey Rafida!
Post Graduate Medical Education Regulation under state PG councelling predictions are nothing but Regular PG medical seats(MD/MS) government in govt and private colleges that are recognised by National Medical Comission(NMC) and offered through both councelling.
These seats are divided into 50% AIQ and 50%State quota, where the all indian seats are filled through MCC counselling and state quota through state counselling.
Hope this helps!
Hello Aspirant,
With a NEET PG rank of 121624 , securing a PG seat in most clinical branches in government colleges or even popular private colleges will be extremely difficult due to the high competition.
Your best chances would likely be in:
Non-clinical or Paraclinical branches : Think of subjects like Pathology, Community Medicine, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Forensic Medicine. These usually have lower cut-offs.
Deemed Universities / Private Medical Colleges (Management/NRI Quota) : You might find seats here, but the fees will be very high , often ranging from 20 lakh to over 1 crore per year.
State Quota : If you have a state domicile, check your state's counselling. Cut-offs can vary, and some states might offer specific options at this rank, particularly in less sought-after branches.
Diploma Programs : Some PG diploma courses might also be an option.
It's highly recommended to use NEET PG college predictor tools and thoroughly analyze previous years' mop-up and stray vacancy rounds to identify any possible opportunities.

With a NEET PG 2025 rank of 21,080 (General category), you're likely to get non-clinical branches like Pathology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Community Medicine, and possibly Forensic Medicine. You may also have a chance at Psychiatry and Anaesthesiology in some colleges, though competition is tighter. Top clinical branches like Medicine, Surgery, and Radiology are unlikely at this rank. Your chances improve under state quota or in private/deemed colleges.
With a NEET PG 2025 rank of 49,000 (General category), getting MD in General Medicine in top government colleges is highly unlikely. Most AIQ MD Medicine seats close within 2,000–6,000 ranks. Some lower-tier government or private colleges might have cutoffs up to 40,000–45,000, but even that is a stretch. You may have better chances in state quota or by opting for less competitive branches. Consider diploma courses or private colleges as alternatives.
Hello,
According to your details about rank in NEET, you are likely to get a clinical or nonclinical branch in a private or deemed medical college. Sorry, but with the rank of 70590, you might have limited opportunities in government colleges. But you have good chances in a certain state or management quota.
I hope it will clear your query!!
Hello Aspirant,
With 46,000 rank in NEET PG Exam in SC category, there are fair chances of getting General Surgery seat in Government medical colleges, it depends on the state quota or all India quota. Under All India Quota (AIQ) 50% seats, at this rank, getting General Surgery may be bit difficult, but under state quota (SC reservation) you can have decent chances depending on the number of Government medical colleges in your state, as in some cases you can have >20 government medical colleges like in Maharashtra, and under SC reservation, the chances are improving significantly. I would advise looking at the previous years SC category cutoff ranks in your state to get an idea of your chances.
Hello Suresh
With a AIR of 48335 in NEET PG, it is highly unlikely to get General Medicine (MD) in any government college or even top private colleges as it is one of the most in demand branches and typically closes under 15000 in government colleges and around 30,000 in top private colleges.
Thank You!!!
The college Infrastructure is so good. Recently the college has added up one more block into the main campus and also the campus is kept neat and clean each and every day. The college has different classes for different sub sections. It has every facility and with clean and neat equipment's. In classes there will be no problem or issue regarding the infrastructure.
the college infrastructure is average like the classrooms are ok but this college doesnt have any library or sports room and also there is no wifi available for the students and there is no hostel facilities available for the outside students
