VVCE Mysore Admission Process 2021
Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering, Mysore offers admission to undergraduate (B.Tech) and postgraduate (M.Tech, MBA) courses. Admission to undergraduate course is done through KCET/COMEDK/JEE Main examination while for postgraduate courses candidates have to qualify PGCET/KMAT/CMAT/CAT/GATE. For some courses, aspirants have to participate in the counselling process. The detailed admission processes are given below:
For Undergraduate Courses (B.Tech):
- To get admission, the candidates should qualify any one of the following examinations: KCET/COMEDK/JEE Main.
- The candidates have to register for the counseling process and participate in choice filling and choice locking.
- For Management quota seats, the eligible candidates have to appear for counselling and admission will be given on the basis of merit.
- Final admission will be offered after seat allotment, document verification and fee payment.
For Postgraduate Courses (MBA/ M.Tech):
- For MBA, the candidates should qualify any one of the following examinations: PGCET/KMAT/CMAT/CAT.
- 50% seats are filled through PGCET by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) and the remaining 50% seats are filled through Management.
- For M.Tech, the candidates should qualify any one of the following examinations: PGCET/GATE.
- The candidates have to fill the application form on the website of VVCE.
- 80% seats are filled through Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) and the remaining 20% seats are filled through Management.
- Final admission will be offered after seat allotment, document verification and fee payment.
